– Agreement is concluded when you choose to place order at checkout.
– Prices include 25% VAT on purchases to EU countries.
– We reserve the right to manifest errors, such as Price or printing error to correct the error afterwards. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you can of course cancel your order free of charge. We also reserve the right not to make an order for example. The product is out of stock or in case of technical problems.
– If you want to correct your order by order, we can only do this before your order has left our warehouse. – All goods remain James Barts property until full payment has been made to the Company.
– James Barts reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
– You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Select card payment and follow the instructions. The goods will be shipped immediately after payment and no extra charge will be charged.
– We accept payment by Paypal
– Payment terms are 14 days
– To be able to order an invoice, you must be 18 years old and be registered in Sweden and approved in the credit test performed at the time of purchase.
– The invoice will be sent separately by e-mail to the e-mail address you specify at the time of purchase.
– In case of late payment, we will send a payment reminder, whereby statutory reminder fee of currently SEK 60 will be added. We also charge late payment by 2% per month from the due date of the invoice.
– In the event of non-payment, the case will be filed for debt collection, with statutory collection fee of currently SEK 160 added.
– Klarna reserves the right to refuse delivery on a case-by-case basis and review the creditor’s creditworthiness.
– All goods returned must be carefully packed, in order to avoid damage to the goods.
– Contact Customer Service to make a return or change, return shipping is your responsibility as a customer to provide.
Our watches is warranted to be free from defects for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Within this period, James Barts will at it’s sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use.
Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts, product or labor, provided that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs. Please note that the warranty does not cover imperfections caused by lack of care, negligence, accidents, water damage and/or other incorrect use of product. Furthermore, this warranty does not include wear & tear and alternation to the case, strap, bracelet or glass.
Water resistant 3 ATM: Protected in everyday life. Accidental splashes, showers, car washing, dishwashing, etc – it is resistant against perspiration, water vapour, rain drops. It is tested for water resistance up to 3 ATM, and must be able to survive 30 minutes under water at a depth of 1 m (3 feet) followed by 90 seconds under a pressure corresponding to 30 meters. Note that water leakage and/or damage caused by water will not be covered by the warranty.
Water resistant 5 ATM: Protected in everyday life. Accidental splashes, showers, car washing, dishwashing, etc – it is resistant against perspiration, water vapour, rain drops. It is tested for water resistance up to 5 ATM, and must be able to survive 50 minutes under water at a depth of 1 m (3 feet) followed by 90 seconds under a pressure corresponding to 50 meters. Note that water leakage and/or damage caused by water will not be covered by the warranty. If you wish to use your warranty you must contact James Barts at info@jamesbarts. com and attach your confirmation of purchase before filing the repair form. Return shipping is payed by the consumer. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted.
– If we are unable to replace you with a similar item, you have the right to cancel the purchase and get the money repaid.
– Refund usually takes place within 14 business days of receipt and approval of your return. We can only make a refund in the same way and to the same account used at the time of purchase.
– Contact Customer Service to get your claim form and return shipping note dispatched to you.
